COVID PROTOCOL AS OF 03/01/22:

This season, the Ivoryton Playhouse is back to full capacity for the first time in two years, yet the safety of our audience remains our primary concern. Before admittance into the Playhouse, patrons are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test result within 72 hours (both with photo ID). If you are not vaccinated or do not have your proof of vaccination, you are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the Playhouse. These guidelines are subject to change at any time during the season. Knowing all audience members are covid-free will provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Ticket Handling Charge:

$5 per order regardless of number of tickets.  This applies to all tickets sold by cash, check or credit card on the telephone or in-person at the box office.

Hearing assisted devices are available.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY:

Season Subscribers may switch tickets for another performance date/time within the same show with 24 hours notice at no cost.  Please note that ticket switches are subject to availability.

Single ticket buyers, please note that tickets are not refundable and cannot be switched for another show.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

The Ivoryton Playhouse always has gift certificates available for sale. They make a great gift for the difficult to buy for person in your family. A gift certificate offers them the freedom to purchase theatre tickets when it is convenient for them and to pick the show of their choice. Gift certificates may be purchased in person at the box office or by phone at 860.767.7318.
